  • Ralph Zippo Quimby, The Phone Guy

    Owner & President

    I am the founder and owner of TPG. I started the company in 2002 as "The Phone Guy" and grew TPG into the full fledged business communication and technology provider it is today. I handle all initial on site inspections and estimates for new prospects. Then I develop a custom plan that goes over what technology the clients needs and outlines a blueprint on the installation of the technology. I also train the clients to make sure they understand how to use the technology that was installed. I also handle the complex maintenance issues for current clients. I direct TPG's technicians to certain job sites to handle whatever the client needs. I also do most of the computer hardware/software, telephone system, and server customization, fixing, and design at the TPG office.

    Director of Sales & Marketing

    Richie leads TPG-IP’s sales and marketing team, and has been working to serve the company’s customers for the past eight years. Thanks to his flexibility, customer service expertise, and capability to take on any challenge that may come his way, Rich has been able to take TPG-IP to new heights by being ready to help at any time when issues arise. With his leadership, the TPG-IP sales and marketing team helps clients to identify the right technology solutions to meet their needs.

    Executive Assistant & Office Manager

    Norma became part of the TPG-IP team four years ago, and serves as a secretary and assistant for Ralph. In her day-to-day work, Norma serves as an easy-going point of customer contact and handles the scheduling of all customer jobs.
